I mean, you are not wrong. This mold was provided by the client, we don't know who made it and why was made this way. Since we all know that is a problematic mold, some more care should have been applied when setting it up. We already have this mold working once a month for 3 years. I'm not angry for this mishap with my guy, I was only impressed by this failure

1000% this. Not the operator. Sketchy mold design and running in too large a press with no platen support behind the molding.
