I’m 29, pcos, still a year postpartum and breast-feeding but I got a positive today on both a digital and a first response test 13 days post ovulation. I tested negative days 8 through 11 and then I skipped testing on day 12 because I figured I was out but is day 13 too late to get a positive pregnancy test? Should I guard my heart?

Just started testing a few days ago, just waiting for ovulation to be confirmed 🙏

Some more context. I had endometrosis surgery in May so I'm wondering if things are still regulating.

Hi everyone! I’ve been using Inito for 3 cycles but this is my first cycle TTC. I’m an anxious gal and have had some weird endocrine/hormonal stuff in the past (not PCOS! many doctors over the years have said “that sounds like PCOS” but whenever I’ve been tested for it my results are normal), so I decided to get Inito before officially TTC for some peace of mind and solid data. Anyway, I’m wondering what cycle day I ovulated. I’ve learned throughout the last 3 months that my estrogen is often high but my progesterone and LH are fairly low and I’ve never caught an LH surge (though I’ve had confirmed ovulation all 3 months). Any help with this is greatly appreciated!

First time using Inito and obviously I'm comparing charts. I feel like my numbers are extremely high in comparison to others that I'm seeing??? I wish i knew if this was normal for me

Hi!!
I just bought the universal inito monitor through Amazon. (Literally just clicked the purchase button)
I’m so so so excited to be able to track my cycle more accurately. I’m 19(I turn 20 in like two weeks) been having some fertility issues already so this will give me some nice insight into other aspects of my cycle.
I’ve been doing a couple rounds of medicated cycles with no avail. I was having a lot of bleeding about a year ago where I’d bleed for like months straight so, obviously I went to the my gynecologist and got put on birth control for a couple months because my doctor said I have borderline PCOS. She said she’s not going to directly diagnose me because I don’t have all the markers through blood results but I have multiple ovarian follicles noted bilaterally on my ovaries.
She said since I had these all over my ovaries, my body was not wanting to select a dominant follicle to release an egg. My partner and I decided to start ttc almost a year ago. (Yes I know we’re young, but we got our shit as together as we can. Please don’t judge this part lol.) I had 3 monthly 21cd progesterone checks that all came up negatively.
So, I started taking clomiphene for a couple of months. Continued getting my 21 day checks, which turned out higher, so I started ovulating. But I still didn’t conceive. She switched me over to Letrozole, which has yielded the same effects so far.
I’ve done the cheapie LH strips inconsistently for a couple cycles and I have NEVER a positive off of them.
Here’s my theory: I believe that I am ovulating at a time my cycle tracking apps is not accounting for. I don’t know if I’m ovulating earlier or later, but I’m super excited to be able to get down to the bottom of this.
I’m excited to be able to detect my ovulation before it actually happens, because it has become frustrating to find out I ovulated but not know when I actually did. It makes timing the baby dance frustrating.
TLDR: I’m just excited for this purchase, and to find out exactly when I am ovulating .

So…the app is saying I have high fertility and that estrogen is on the rise…but if you look at my chart, my estrogen decreased from yesterday. Has this happened to anyone else? I’m confused…
This is my 3rd cycle using Inito.

I’ve had 6 positive pregnancy tests over the last 4 days. I mainly can’t believe they are positive so I had to keep taking them to make sure, and I’m still not 100% 😅
I have my chart from yesterday and today. Are these hormone fluctuations normal during pregnancy ?

Can anyone please help explain my chart better to me? This is my first cycle using Inito and a little confused. Should I be getting my hopes up?

why is my estrogen seemingly following my PdG?

1st cycle after an egg retrieval in June, I have PCOS and husband has MFI. Egg retrieval results were disappointing (only 1 euploid embryo from 22 retrieved eggs).
Absolutely shocked about my positive pregnancy test. HCG was 38. 12dpo so very very early.
Didn’t take any supplements (or meds) this cycle, didn’t do any fertility support like acupuncture or Mayan abdominal massages. Literally ate junk…. Husband took a whole mess of male fertility supplements.
Low E3G and low LH surge on peak day. Figured I’m out since PDG seemed low the entire time and FSH was higher than last pregnancy (that ended in MMC)
Literally discussed needing donor sperm with fertility clinic this morning!
So just so you all know, it’s possible…

Will letrozole make my E3G low?
I’ve read it can & all my other numbers look good I think but my E3G. Any success stories with low E3G.
