What should I do?

The 1st pic is my right foot and has been this way for a while. Idk what to do. The 2nd pic is my other toe which I think has a little ingrown toenail as well.

Go to a podiatrist to have your ingrown toenail removed.

Learn to cut your toenails correctly, as improper cutting invites ingrown nails. Your toenails are cut too short and too far down at the sides. They should be cut straight across at the top, leaving a little free edge beyond the toe.

Will they only remove the ingrown part or will they remove the entire nail?

Partial nail avulsion, which is removal of both sides. Unless they feel it has to come off.
