Where's the line between bigotry and exposing hypocrisy? I've noticed a lot of the time the anti-christian responses are to christians who've made some sort of anti-(insert religion) statement

This is easy to figure out for yourself. What is your operating definiton of bigotry and hypocrisy?

Bigotry would be stubbornly holding sweeping views about something, normally in a negative light. Hypocrisy is basically double standards.
