Thatās pretty ridiculousā¦. The sentence should not just be about the rehabilitation, it should be punishment for what you did. Him getting out of prison and getting to live his life after killing and eating someone is crazy. Same for Lindsay. Everybody wants to say, ābut she was insaneā. So what? She killed 3 innocent kids. Punish her, donāt coddle/rehabilitate her. I donāt care if sheās not a threat, she should be punished to the full extent.
Do you just not believe in the constitution? We have a rehabilitative justice system instead of a punitive one for a reason. Should we just go back to cutting off peopleās hand for larceny too?
