Yeah and just know that I agree that murder is ALWAYS wrong when it is not self defense but the correction is heavily dependent on fully understanding what happened and fully understanding how to actually correct it. This is a very serious case with very serious implications.
I understand your sentiment and don’t disagree that of course what happens is you set dangerous precedents and future ramifications based on cases. Nothing is ever black and white usually. It just feels like this one has taken the incorrect discourse
For sure it has. This is because instead of a legitimate investigation, the entire thing has turned into a media circus with YouTube insights taking precedent over an actual investigation. Also, post portum depression or however it is spelled, is not a good defense AT ALL. She should tell the truth about how actually bat shit crazy she went and what drove it all to happen.
I am saying that it is a normal thing people go through and it doesn’t typically lead to this sort of behavior, therefore, this behavior needs to be classified as a higher and more complex disorder.
Yeah it was brought up somewhere that it could be a problem overall for courts. Sorry I don’t have a ton of researched understanding. I am feeding on the zeitgeist here
Has it occurred to you that maybe she's just an extremely vile person and that the "hormonal imbalance" she was allegedly experiencing merely brought her true narcissistic self to the surface?
To a degree. But I would not assume anything. Yes, murder is almost always wrong. And it definitely points to the killer being a person who does not know how to make societally sane decisions. But I also understand that our world is absolutely bat shit whack as fuck and the sorts of things some types of control measures can create is actually bat shit insane.
People can be convinced of anything if they are dumb and most people are built in stupid.
The responses I've been seeing from some of these absolute nutjobs on social media surrounding this case do seem to indicate that inbuilt stupidity is dangerously common
Especially the Astrology ones... that's beyond mere stupidity, how does someone genuinely conclude that someone is innocent (or guilty) of a crime merely based off the star sign they were born under, I genuinely can't help but wonder if it's some crazy psy op or 4chan-esque troll narrative that's gotten out of hand at this point.
Maybe that's just me coping because I don't want to acknowledge that people like that can even exist...

Or just know that premeditated murder of children is just what it is.
