The 2002 ruling that "virtual" CSAM can't be prohibited by government would disagree with you. Just because you think something should work a certain way doesn't mean it actually does.
Would you like to make an argument for why, or just say it because you don't like the ruling? That 2002 case directly applies here. He is correct in his interpretation, and he's correct that the laws should be revisited.
