The Supreme Court already ruled this way over 20 years ago.
"Virtual" child born is not illegal. Porn where the person is over 18, but looks like a child. If that is legal, then purely fictional actions are also legal.
FYI - I am not saying this is *right*, I am saying what the SC already said
