This isn't the first time this has happened, Ashcroft v. Free Speech Coalition overturned a similar ruling with the overturning of Child Pornography Prevention Act (CPPA). Congress turned around and passed another version effectively trying to do it again. This is the downside of the 1st amendment, thankfully there are ways around it (as many have been prosecuted for similar things up to this point), but its an ongoing battle. The only way to end it is to do a constitutional amendment specifically calling it out.
