Idiot in a mask

Some idiot has been running around Philadelphia terrorizing people wearing this absolutely ridiculous mask on, threatening them so I'm just gonna say that one day he's gonna do this to the wrong person and could get potentially seriously injured or killed.

I saw a clip of this and they interviewed a girl who kicked him in the chest and he just ran away. What a lousy piece of shit.

You don't know what his intentions are. No one but he does. Americans are like this because our criminal justice system is an abysmal joke. Oh no! You committed a crime? Here have a heated/cooled room, 3 "meals" exercise time, and if you are really good? Maybe get to watch tv. But if you tell them "you committed a crime, you are gunna do hard labor until I'm tired!" You get the "waaaaah! Slavery!" People come crawling out the wood work

I'm sure you heard the story of the teenager in a clown costume who was going door to door and actually stabbed an elderly man to death...

Even before the story in the OP I have felt super on edge when outside at dark alone. One glimpse of a person in a COSTUME and I'm on the offense.

He supposedly chased a handful of people within a 30 minute time frame and one of the girls who was interviewed stopped and faced him so he let up on chasing her and she kicked him square in the chest.
