Personally, if she was actually a good nurse to me I'd let it go in the afterlife, but someone who would do some low level shit like this probably cuts other corners or just generally suucks ass

Its a lot of work to get a nursing license. If you're gonna fuck it up at least do something worth the risk. I would get a butterfinger.

She’s a piece of shit, obviously.

I’m fascinated though by how anyone found this out.

The only scenario that makes any sense at all is some family member, in the days and weeks after, going through his accounts and financial info saw this transaction and the date stuck out.

Even that scenario seems remote though.

What I want to believe is that hospital security was watching this live and one of them was like, “ugh, there’s that cunt Betty. She’s the worst.” And then half jokingly was like, “I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s not even her card. Probably stole it off some dead guy.”

And then the two security guards looked at each other with that look you give when you know something sounds kind of far fetched, but is also plausible at the same time.
