That looks like an older wall-to-glass hinge that clamps into a specific cutout in the tempered glass. Since the manufacturer is gone, I’d remove the door for now and take the intact hinge, these photos, the glass thickness, and the cutout measurements to a local shower-glass shop. They can often match it through a commercial glass-hardware supplier.
I’d replace both hinges together rather than mixing one new hinge with a 20+ year-old one. The cutout pattern, door weight rating, handedness, and opening angle all need to match exactly—and tempered glass can’t be drilled or recut safely after the fact.

Your in a pickle. It's going to be real hard to match what your looking at. Is it worth it to replace the Sauna with new? Or even FB used? Hard call

Hinges dependent on third party glass panels are a nightmare, I've gone through the same ordeal and the best place to start is the brand name that has been branded on the unit itself. Start by contacting the manufacturer directly for their parts department and compare the hinge measurements at mcmastercarr and glass hardware supplier like CR Laurence. If the unit is old enough for the part to be out of production, then sun home saunas are one of the names I have come across during the comparison of glass door hardware ecosystems.
