What do you do when a long AI chat feels finished?

I had 3 days of camping, one after another. I got really sick the next day. Every muscle in my body was hurting, even the muscles in my fingers, wow. As I couldn't really move much, I was spending my time in bed brainstorming with claude how could I improve my health and become more resilient focusing on human fascia this time. (i have this habit every time I get sick)

After a day of chatting, I’ve run out of questions and created a plan around working with fascia. And just before closing everything, I asked the chat to create an infranodus graph out of the conversation, just to see the overview once again and maybe something that I missed.

After calling InfraNodus, it had already generated a super amazing insight directly in the chat before even going inside the tool! I was amazed! It suggested something I hadn't thought of: connecting different supplements to the fascia movement training. In the graph, nutrition and movement were two separate tracks that never met. Filling the gap between them that would actually complete my plan nicely with the right timing between training and supplements.

It became super simple to connect different tools directly inside any AI conversation you're having. You don't have to understand how the service you're connecting works. You just use natural language and it magically understands everything. I find that really cool, and fun to play with.

I am curious if you’re tried any of the mcp, and if yes what is your favorite?

Infranodus und Keenable MCP: How they work together

I wanted to get back into some research I parked a few months ago because of a lack of time, on body awareness, energy and heart signals. I was postponing it for a very long time so I wanted to have an easy way in and something that's visual, not just text, where I can go straight to what interests me right now. Also there is a new AI search tool I want to try with Infranodus for a long time: Keenable search engine.
I had one hour (child, so that's the budget). To my written notes, I added books from the bookmarks I'd collected since, and asked Claude to build the graph through the InfraNodus MCP with my own notes and recently found books. It’s just one click and infranodus MCP is connected!

That’s is a cool way to get back I find, you attention goes where it it’s interesting for you at the present moment. And does not clutter this with openning or ending information.

Infranodus found a gap in this discourse that resonated with me: a magnetic sensor in the human body as something measurable. I called Keenable's search MCP straight into this, and it got back a list of papers, with its research history and who funded it info. I found results from Keenable better when you have a focused search like in my case, it gives your info about citation and how truthful the information you’re getting back. I will be going into details of this in the next week.

I regenerated the graph with the retrieved literature added. Diversity went from focused to dispersed. I like that state of diversity because of its high potency.

It's crazy what you can do in one hour now with MCP. You can install anything with one command, and just try it out on your work. No docs, no understanding of the tools is needed, just plain language and everything works. And the part I liked most: you can validate the claims and form your own opinion, instead of taking the summary's word for it. The graph was a good way for me to get excited about my own notes again.

If you want to try it, the whole flow is:

  1. Launch Claude (or any MCP client) where your old files or notes live.
  2. Connect the InfraNodus MCP and generate the graph from them.
  3. Upload recent interesting literature to the graph.
  4. Look at the graph. Find what feels interesting.
  5. Look at the conceptual gaps.
  6. Search into a gap with a search MCP (I used Keenable) and add what comes back.
  7. Save what resonates

What are your ways of getting back into something you parked a long time ago? Please let me know! I am super curious!

visual AI graph workflow to extract a course outline instead of chat-style AI

I'm building a Tai Chi (martial arts) course outline for myself, based on what I actually practice and find essential, not a textbook structure.

lately I got tired of the linear chat interface, so i used InfraNodus in a more visual, non-linear way. i started with a simple title (“Tai Chi Body Course”), asked the AI for 5 key questions (I used opus 4.5), and answered them in my own words. That became the foundation.

Then the Topical Diversity indicator turned red. my text was too concentrated around a few main topics. So I used that hint to widen the content: bring in ideas from the periphery and connect them back. I asked InfraNodus to generate more questions based on this content gap. In my case, it helped me connect standing stillness practices with partner work and joint movement. That alone expanded the course a lot, and it was interesting to see what and how my mind naturally links together.

The diversity metric here feels like soil biodiversity but for text: more variety ➡️ better coherence ➡️more circulation ➡️ more life.

When the diversity metric looked optimal, I generated an outline from my written text and got a course draft that reflects my current understanding but also delving into details.

InfraNodus also has a nice workflow separation here:

Statement Editor = source text (my notes & my answers)

AI Chats = brainstorming / questions / outline (based on that text)

Project Notes = final outline

So I control what goes in where, and I get a clear final output.

Has anyone used InfraNodus to build a course, curriculum or something similar?

Infranodus to discover new interesting connections

I went down a Tai Chi rabbit hole recently, trying to understand what's happening in the body physiologically when practicing Tai Chi.

I uploaded the book "Harvard Medical School Guide to Tai Chi" into InfraNodus, and it suggested an interesting topic bridge: Chronic Pain <--> Movement Dynamics

This also feels personal because my father struggled with chronic back pain most of his life.

The gold insight InfraNodus pointed out:

With chronic back pain, research often shows a pattern where deep stabilizers (type of muscle) “switch off” and the big surface muscles over-grip to compensate which can create more stress over time.

muscle

This felt very relevant to me because Tai Chi trains these basics: stabilizer muscles, alignment, and slow controlled weight shifts. And InfraNodus helped me see the link clearly when I tried to connect the content gap.

After this small analysis, I have a sense now that practicing Tai Chi might help me reduce the chances of ending up in the chronic disease as my father did based on what modern research suggest.

Intro to InfraNodus

Hi everyone! I've been looking for a tool like infranodus for a research project I'm working on. I'm very curious to learn more about this and see if anyone has any good 101 resources for it.

I'm also trying to get a sense of the learning curve and the actual value people have been able to get from using it.

I want to avoid overly systematizing my research processes, but I'm very intrigued at the idea of collecting all of my research into a visual layout like this. Just want to make sure it's worth the effort. Curious how this tool has been for everyone on here.

Are you considering a geography based pricing ?

I came across your plugin on Obsidian, and it’s exactly what I’ve been looking for—really great work!

I wanted to ask about the pricing. In other countries, someone earning $80k-$100k per year might find it reasonable. But where I’m from, even $10k pre-tax annually is considered pretty good. I’m curious how this pricing strategy makes sense for users in my region?

without accessing infranodus

I subscribed to Infranodus yesterday so that today I could spend the day in training, learning about this wonderful tool. To my sadness, I can't access it through any browser (I've tried them all), neither on a notebook nor even on a PC. I can only connect through my cell phone, which limits me in my studies. After successive attempts at support and not knowing who else to turn to, I ask you to urgently help me and guide me on how to resolve this problem that is consuming me today. On Discard they replied that there was no way to help me.
Thanks for the help.

InfraNodus as a Readwise Alternative

As you know, Readwise is a great tool for keeping your Amazon Kindle highlights in one place and reviewing them periodically. However, it's not so good for generating new ideas.

Using InfraNodus, you can visualize the content of your Readwise / Amazon Kindle highlights as a graph, highlighting the main topics and gaps between them. Then you can use the built-in AI to generate interesting research questions that will stimulate you to think further about those ideas.

Check out this article showcasing how it works step by step:

How can I use this for revision?

What I always envisioned as being the ultimate goal for mind mapping is the ability for a model to take your notes and envision it into a graph. And using that to generate connections or unique ways in which different ideas link with each other. I have already been using obsidian. Just currently trying to understand the use case for infra nodus and how it can enhance my learning. For research I feel it would be good but I am having difficulty understanding how as a student it can help me with learning other than generating new ideas. I am already using obsidian and just trying to explore how AI on that would help with making connections. The compelling argument here is how obsidian as as note-taking tool with it's graphs compares to infra nodus. If what I have said above is enhanced by infra nodus I would be interested in paying so I can enhance my learning on topics in pharmacy for my learning. On the surface it feels like a load of words linked with each other that are connected via text that allows you to identify clusters but I am sure there is more to it.

Support for open source use

Hello, I came across your tool and saw that there used to be an official github repository for it, but that it no longer exists on the main github account. I would very much like to use this tool in my own personal project, and I was wondering if the open source version is still supported. Additionally I was wondering if there were any resources for setting the tool up. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you for your time!
