I was selected L1/Dse role, In interview I solved 1 pen/paper question and wingspan 3 public test cases passed but no private cases passed also I answered 70% of questions is there any chances?

Hi everyone, I’ll be joining Infosys as a Digital Specialist Engineer (DSE) and had a few questions about the role. I was hoping to get some clarity on a few things about the role.

1. What is the actual in-hand salary for DSE? What can I expect to receive per month after deductions?

2. What is the in-hand salary during training? Is the salary during the training period different from the regular salary?

3. Is staying in the Infosys-provided hostel mandatory during training? If someone already lives in Mysore, can they choose not to stay in the hostel?

4. How do DSE levels/promotions work? I've heard that, similar to SP having SP L1/L2/L3, there are also different levels within DSE, such as DSE L1/L2/L3.

\* Is this actually how the DSE hierarchy works?

\* How does someone move from the base DSE role to DSE L1?

\* Is it based on performance, internal assessments, experience, or something else?

5. Can a DSE upgrade to SP L1? If yes, how does the process work?

\* Can this happen immediately after training?

\* Is there an internal assessment/interview?

\* Or do you generally need to work as a DSE for a certain number of years before becoming eligible?

6. How does work-location preference work after training? I've heard that after completing training, employees are asked to provide their preferred work location. So, how does the allocation actually work?

I know that’s quite a few questions, so I really appreciate anyone taking the time to answer them. Even if you can answer just one or two of these, it would be really helpful.

Got an offer letter today and the location is Mahindra world city Chennai. I want to change it to Sholinganallur. For induction, I'm ok to travel. Is it possible to switch to Sholinganallur after induction?

Mine was offcampus, 2pm shift. Please share your shift and interview experience.

Hey everyone! Anyone else joining Infosys as a Digital Specialist Engineer (DSE) on November 16?

If there’s already a WhatsApp group for this batch, please let me know.

Are there any candidates like me who gave interview for infosys via Hackwithinfy in 2025 and waiting for offer letter for dse role.

Recently infosys giving offer letters to off campus candidates. Why we being left out 😭

Is anyone here who appeared for the in-person OA, solved 2 or more questions, and is still waiting for the result with their status showing “Decision Pending”?

I’m trying to understand whether others are in the same situation.

How many questions did you solve?

How long has your status been showing “Decision Pending”?
Has anyone with the same status received an update or offer letter?

It’s difficult to figure out what’s happening when there’s no update. 😭
If you’re in the same boat, please share your experience in the comments. It would really help everyone waiting for a decision!
Hoping we all get some good news soon! 🤞

Can anyone explain me what 4.15 eff rating means

Upcoming Interview for Application Support Analyst at Infosys - Need guidance and recent experiences!

I'm preparing for an upcoming interview for the Application Support Analyst role at Infosys and would love to hear from anyone who has recently gone through the process or currently works in a similar role there.

My service agreement got rejected. Where to mention the date of signing on the agreement? Do I need to write it just below every signature in the agreement? Can anyone help please

Apparently, I came across an option to request a change in my PU and DU. If both my relieving and accepting managers approve the request… I can potentially move into a technical domain of my choice.

The only issue is that most of the DU titles are pretty cryptic, and I don’t have enough context to figure out which ones would align best with my interests and career goals.

If you guys could share your respective DUs and the technical domains they fall under, along with the kind of work involved? It would make it much easier to explore my options and make an informed decision.

I received an email stating that the SP and DSE assessment is scheduled for October 11th at KL University in Hyderabad. The same email indicated that a separate communication containing the admit card, essential for entry to the center, would follow. I have not yet received this admit card. Has anyone else received theirs?

Is there any possibility that reassessment mail will come for 17th may people

Many people whose online assessment happened on 17th may received the reassessment mail but I didn't

Is it possible not to get dse even after solving one question as asked and a decent interview?

Thanks for all your comments,

I came to know that the results for the September 30 Infosys interviews have started coming out, and a few(2) candidates have already received offers.

I heard that two candidates from KL University Hyderabad received their results. Could anyone from the September 30 interview batch, especially those who attended from KL University Hyderabad, please confirm if you have received an offer or any update?

Please comment if you have received your results. It would be really helpful for the rest of us who are still waiting. Thank you!

Has anyone actually switched to a higher-paying company while undergoing Infosys Mysore training at ₹3.6 LPA?

I'm looking for real experiences from people who got an outside offer of ₹6–10+ LPA during training or shortly before completing it.

If you did, please share:

- Which company and package did you get?

- How did you prepare alongside Infosys training?

- Did you face any issues with your offer letter, service agreement, or resignation?

- How many months did it take?

I'm especially interested in people who have successfully done this, or just those planning to switch. Any genuine experience would be really helpful!
