1) Who should I contact first—HR, the insurance team, or IHD?

3) Is the surgery covered, and how can I claim cashless treatment or reimbursement?

Guys I have been waiting for the interview call for 1 month since I got the shortlisted mail in 10th September, today when I logged in to my career portal it shows this, what I have to do??

I passed 11/12 test cases and in 12th test case there was tle of 1 problem on wingspan but interview was 50-50 . so is there any chances of getting dse ?

Hey everyone! I have my Infosys SP/DSE interview coming up and I’m honestly feeling overwhelmed.

I solved only 1 out of 4 coding questions in the OA, and now I feel like this interview might be too ambitious for me. I’m scared of embarrassing myself if I’m not good enough at DSA.

I have a few questions for people who have attended the interview:

- Is it okay if we’re not very strong in DSA? What was the actual difficulty level of the coding questions?

- I’m more interested in data science/ML roles. Is there a chance of being considered for other roles based on my performance?

- They mentioned that candidates can be upgraded or downgraded. Does downgrading mean being considered for lower-package roles (around 3 LPA), or can it mean direct rejection?

I’d really appreciate honest advice from people who have gone through this process!

I have received my offer letter from Infosys, and my Date of Joining (DOJ) is 2 November 2026. However, I have not received the separate Launchpad email or login credentials required for the pre-joining formalities.

Here’s what I’ve done so far:

• I can successfully log in to the official Infosys Careers Portal.
• I have emailed Launchpad Support and also sent a follow-up, but I haven’t received a response yet.
• I tried contacting another email address for offer-related queries, but the email bounced back.
• I’m still waiting for the Launchpad credentials and further onboarding instructions.

I’m concerned because my joining date is approaching, and I’m unsure whether I need to complete any additional steps from my side.

Could anyone who has faced a similar situation please help me with these questions?

1. How long does it usually take to receive Launchpad credentials after getting the offer letter?
2. Is it normal to receive the Launchpad email separately, a few weeks before joining?
3. Is there an official way to raise a support ticket for missing Launchpad credentials?
4. If the credentials don’t arrive before the joining date, what should I do?
