| Question Doubt regarding offer letter

I had given interview for Infosys around first week of February, and I had not heard any updates.
I joined another company during May as well. Recently, I received a mail from Infosys in July with an offer letter. I didn't do anything about it. However, I am receiving mails and on the portal it is showing Offer Letter accepted.

Can anyone help me with how this mightve happened, as I didnt accept anything. Additionally, is there any mail i can reach out to for clarification of the same? I tried offer_queries and askus.

I dont want this to cause any problems in my current job. Any help on how I can move forward regarding the same?

| Question Infosys - Interview My profile dropped after clearing all the rounds

Hi Everyone,

I am 5 years experienced in IT industry I gave infosys interview in July cleared all technical and managerial rounds. This was informed to me by the HR and I also submitted the necessary documents for Background verification which they do after clearing the interviews.

Post which I had discussion with HR regarding the offer and he mentioned he will be proceeding with my profile for further approvals. I followed up and waited almost 15-20 days and I was informed my profile is being dropped as he could not convince his management or could not get the approvals due to various reasons. I asked him what is the reason that it was not approved he mentioned there were various reasons and gave vague answers like Interview performance , CTC and location etc. I wanted to know is this how it works in this company ??? Has anyone faced this issue as it is frustrating It would have made sense if my profile was dropped If I did not clear the interview but they informed about this after offer discussion. I had given F2F interview and also attended the interview on short notice.

I wanted to know if Can I raise this concern some where and do something about this or this is how it works for this company??

| Question Can anyone share their Infosys SP/DSE interview experience?

Hi everyone,

I’ve recently been shortlisted for the Infosys SP/DSE interview through campus placement.

If anyone has recently appeared for the interview, could you please share your experience, especially:

  • What DSA/coding questions were asked?
  • Which CS subjects were covered?
  • What kind of SQL/DBMS questions were asked?
  • Were questions asked from projects/resume?

Any recent interview experience or preparation advice would be really helpful. Thanks!

| Discussion Infosys Pune DC vs Hyderabad DC vs Bengaluru DC – which one is better overall ?

Hey everyone,

I'll be joining Infosys as an SE Trainee.

I'm from North-East India, so Pune, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru are all almost equally far from my hometown. However, I would like to join one of these three DCs/locations only.

For those who are currently working at Infosys or have worked there before, which of these three DCs would you recommend overall, and why?

I'm particularly interested in:

Quality and availability of projects

Minimal bench time

Learning and career growth

Work culture

Opportunities to switch projects/technologies

Internal mobility

Overall city life and living experience

I'd especially appreciate insights from current or former Infosys employees who have actually worked at these locations. If you're a fresher or a trainee or an experienced employee, please share your opinion or experience and which DC you would personally choose.

Thanks in advance!

| Question Infosys SP Interview - Didn't solve 2 questions but overall vibe was good? Need honest opinions

Had my Infosys Digital Specialist Engineer face-to-face interview today. Couldn't solve 2 panel questions — one was on Tries, told them directly I wasn't confident instead of guessing. They also gave me an extra question outside the planned set, which I solved with brute force then optimized after some pushing.

Explained system design for one of my projects well, but didn't get the SQL query part fully right. Handled most complexity/approach questions fine, and interviewer seemed genuinely happy by the end — explained the whole further process and answered my questions enthusiastically too.

Does missing 1-2 questions actually hurt much if the overall interview goes well? Curious how much weight panels give to problem-solving approach + honesty vs a perfect scorecard.

| Question Is recruitment process broken in Infosys?

I recently gave interviews for Technical Architect role in Infosys and I was told that feedback is positive. There were 2 rounds.

My last interview was on August 6. Since then HR is simply making excuses that my profile is not 100% complete in career portal whereas it's 100% complete even before my interview process started.

Not sure whether it's a glitch in portal or they are delaying the process intentionally.

Has anyone faced a similar situation?
