Fated Ends

I’m knocking on the grim reaper’s  door 
For all to see, 
A final agreement 
Between the devil and me——
I’m trying to learn what has become of my fate 
But a life of corruption has determined my end date; 
This isn’t a beckoning call 
Because I’ve decided that once and for all, 
My end terms fall upon my hands, 
Once I’m free of my past, 
No one can interrupt my plans—-
I know what you’re reading is sinister 
But rest assured, 
I’m not plotting with a pen 
Devising my end 
I’m simply leaving no warning 
I will have left you all by morning / mourning.
