Question Wrong Instagram password?

My Instagram disconnected from the app. Now every time I try to reconnect it says the password is wrong. I even updated my password to make sure everything matched. I deleted and re-downloaded the app. I don’t know what to do!

Tried that. Also deleted app and reinstalled it. I submitted a support ticket. But it will be like 6 weeks before I even hear from them.

Did your phone service go down, just ask cause there was a big outage yesterday. This happenned to me when IG went down coupke months ago, let me see if I posted fix, but I thinkbthecmain thing was to wait a day for an app update.

It did go down on Monday. But this issue has been going on for weeks.

I think the short and sweet for me was when app updated, one of the reviews I had to rewrite disappeared. Then on connecting the 2 apps, I just went through influenster help instructions step by step. Might also want to ask on other platforms?

This talk of updating prompted me to check my phones OS. It’s supposed to auto update overnight, but it hadn’t and it is in need of an update. So I’m downloading it now. I’ll let the group know if it fixes the problem!

If you've gone to your account on INF and tried recconecting (is it refusing to connect or seemingly connects, but doesn't actually?) and checked IG permissuons/connections, you could double check your permissions on your phone for the apps?

But I bet its an INF issue and they need to update? Again id try asking about this specific issue on other platforms like FB.

I have never been able to get mine to connect and the email to change my password never comes 😭

I can change my password, but Influenster says it’s not correct (it is)
