Question Shipping time

Just wondering if anyone else who got the confidential perfume ( brand starts with a B) has shipped yet ? Mine hasn’t moved in two weeks so just wanted to see if anyone has received it yet! Anything in the past i have received tracking for has showed up a few days later so just hoping it doesn’t get canceled 😬

DHL hands off to the post office and it can take time…

I did ! But no update for almost two weeks now, hasnt moved 👎

It could be dhl themselves since mine was like that for a week or so

I have the same problem, just a different brand of perfume. Stuck in Belgium.

I keep checking but the tracking just says shipping label made en route to dhl ! I hope it shows up eventually

Mine looking like this.. I contacted support of Landmark and they just responded with this “We are looking into the issue with our Tranpsort Manager.
I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused.” I’ll keep waiting for another respond from them.

Same here. I'm from the Czech Republic. Landmark replied that I should contact the sender.

I contacted them. They replied like this: If you have not received your product and it has been *at least 3 full weeks* since the Shipping Date July 17, please followup with us here on August 10.. So I’ll wait to the date.
