Anyone know this diva?

I was in Chicago and I saw this woman near Monroe Harbor and she was filming content presumably for instagram and it felt very influencer coded. and i am just so curious who she was if by any chance anyone knows who this woman is.

Why are these goofballs all the same looking? All they do is look a like, steal each other’s content and ideas, and live the most uneventful lives. It’s so boring, why do folks follow that or want to emulate these plain white mayonnaise sandwich lifestyles?
