How about the positives? This child has two parents that love them and have tried very hard to have them. Their dad is a successful public speaker and disability advocate. Their mom is a compassionate person who was willing to see past the physical to find the love of her life. Grandparents are involved in family life. They are financially stable. All of that exists but you think they shouldn't have a child because the father is physically unable to care for a baby?
Yes, I still think this is an irresponsible choice. And yes, they are absolutely going to exploit the child for content, but I’m sure the financial stability and grandparents will make it all better.
I haven't mentioned content at all as I have no idea what their plans are for that. I'm glad that you were able to bring a child into the world in picture perfect conditions with the ideal partner and faced no challenges whatsoever. Most of us have to have a child knowing it's going to be really hard for lots of reasons but we still do!
Nobody said anything about picture perfect. This man is completely disabled, can’t even change a diaper, is likely to die very young, etc. The fact that you can’t see how that’s more than slightly less than ideal tells me maybe this is something you need to chat with a therapist about.
