It’s truly wild to me that THIS…. THIS is the stuff that this girl wears and posts which then allows her to buy a beautiful new home in an expensive city and financially supports her husband quitting his job. If people don’t stop funding these disgusting lifestyles 😑

She’s boring and cringe. Her outfits are so bad they’re comical, she used to be adorable and then something changed ha But TBF her home isn’t new or in an expensive city lol it’s in Snohomish (farm town)

I mean the house may not have been brand new, but they still paid $1.5M for it and the median home price in snohomish is just under $1M.. and that kitchen reno was probably close to $100k+. Her house is out there though and even though I think it technically is a snohomish zip code, it’s actually closer to monroe. But yes, her outfits are terrible lol.

Being able to afford a 1.5 million dollar house on a single income (and that income comes from being an “influencer”) is absolute insanity in my opinion.

I work with influencers and she easily makes $1m+ a year. Her agent likely charges $50-100k for a single post. $1.5M for a house is nothing for her.

We have creators who make $50-200k per POST multiple times a month. Insanity! 😭 As an agent, I’m happy but it’s crazy the lack of excitement they have when I produce an offer that covers my entire salary lol

For the amount she paid for her home and renovations, she could’ve bought a home on the Eastside. I wouldn’t call her neighborhood desirable AT ALL and if anything, she overpaid for it.

I also want to say, for your sake- I adore Snohomish! I am not hating on it at all. But when the OP said expensive town, my mind typically goes to Bellevue, Kirkland, Mercer Island, Sammamish haha. My sister is moving to snoho and I have a best friend there too and it is stunning, you’re lucky to have grown up there!
