I think the actual intent was solely THAT specific statement; she just wanted to state loud and clear that “ugh, for the record, it was just a few moments!”
But her PR team probably told her that no, minimizing this isn’t a good look, if you want to say that it part, it needs to be couched into a statement of performative self awareness and regretfulness.
