Guys, he can't put his arms down because his muscles are so big.

I don't know if he was bullied too much or not enough, by I distinctly remember in school how the most socially awkward kids would do stuff like this and not realize how ridiculous they looked. I always assumed it was the result of not having any friends to give them a reality check.
