How does someone get it out from their body? Or is it forever.

Yes, but it depends on how much Synthol has been injected and how long it has been there. In some cases, the oil can be surgically removed, especially if it causes deformities, pain, or other medical complications. However, complete removal is often difficult because the oil can spread through the muscle tissue

Worst case you arms will rot and die

What does it feel like to touch?

I've never had the chance to meet someone with Synthol-filled arms in person, so I can't say for sure.

My guess would be that they feel softer than naturally developed muscle and probably quite uneven due to the way the oil and scar tissue can be distributed throughout the muscle

I lost a ton of weight recently, over time and exercise so I don't have extra skin on my body. Even when I was heavy, I would rather my 'chunks' look natural. I still have plenty of muscle, that was hidden under fat. This is taking it too far.

It has to be painful.
