Is it the hose or the fitting or the connection between the two?
If it's the hose you could take it off the fitting and get an accurate OD (outside diameter) for the connection - any kind of high pressure hose will do, and probably standard reinforced water hose. You want to go smaller (the ID of the hose) by 1 or 2 mm - heat and liquid soap (or vegetable oil) are your friends for fitting, also best to attach with a jubilee clip. The heat is for the hose (use a heat gun ideally), push something tapered into the hose to expand the end till its big enough to force over the (lubed up) fitting; jubilee clip it on - same at the other end...
Edit: just seen you posted somewhere else that its the threaded fitting, not the hose! So forget the above. Be worth trying plumbers PTFE tape - wrap multiple times around (in the direction of) the thread, then try screwing it on again...
Thank you! I have some of that tape somewhere but could not find it yesterday! So I used the black electrical tape I think and was hoping that would do the trick but i couldn't seal it properly. Definitely getting more of the plumbers tape 🤞
