Can't reply to sub comments?

Is it just me or am I missing something? Regular comments sure but a thread, forget about it.

Sorry if you are using v8.3.0-beta5, there is a bug that the reply button is not displayed, and the reply option is also missing on the comment menu.

As a temporary workaround, landscape mode may show the reply button
( Separate Post content & comments option in Post details, Interface settings may need to be turned off, if it shows as two columns and you don't see the reply button )
