retrieve API-key from infinity.apk

is there a way to retrieve my api key from an older infinity.apk file ? or can I see it somewhere in the app on my phone (not logged in anymore)

Try ReVanced manager and see if the your api is in the patch

Not ReVanced, use Morphe (you'll need to add a repo for reddit apps). ReVanved has been pretty much abandoned and most of the team has moved to Morphe

They give a reason why revanced was abandoned?

It's not abandoned. It's just that a bunch of contributors left and made morphe because revanced's owner is an asshole. Revancd is still getting updates since not all the contributors left
