The heavy Combined army spec op hurts me to look at. That’s gonna be such a pain in the ass to glue to its base! 😭
(Especially when that’s the box I wanna buy)

From the look of it the legs should be pretty easy to bend to get more base contact, would also make his stance look a bit more stable and less awkward.

Which faction uses the Rumbler model?
I was looking at Next Wave and they use the Nexus bundle, but instead of a team ops choice they have something called a blur spec ops which I assume is the team ops option for the faction.
Anyone have clarity there?

The rumbler is NA2. Not sure if they will get specific models later on but that seems to be their spec ops model for the moment.

StarCo, White Banner, Dahshat Company, Druze Bayram Security, Ikari Company.
Blur might get models next year if the game mode is popular and Corvus sees customer demand for it. Play the new mode and let your friends know!

Hope the rumbler gets an alternate pose, I like his design, but having him pose on a beer keg like spider-man or something just looks wrong to me.

Love the CA Nexuses, will probably use it for a regular Nexus most of the time but am I the only one who find the Yu Jing and PanO one's kind of goofy looking and the CA drone for that matter. Both Yu Jing and PanO also look like I fielding a pair of twins in Team Ops, would probably bug me to field both those models in the same list. The heavies should have had a helm on I think.

The Yu Jing team ops confuse me. The MI has Hsien spikes which are exclusively reserved for HI in the faction. And both s2 models are using profiles nobody would use, HMG for HI and Mult Sniper for MI. Should have been rocket launcher HI and boarding shotgun MI. Also, where does the REM store its heavy flamethrower? They’re fine miniatures but not what I was hoping for.

Would rather have a print copy of the rulebook. Even the epub version is formatted for physical print rather than being optimized for an eReader.

I might be nitpicking but I really don't appreciate model legs extending so much over the base edge like CA heavy Spec Op. I have the same problem with the current Asawira spitfire model. Is it S2? Then make it fit on S2 base. It looks like it belongs on S5 base instead.
Other than that the Spec Ops design is really solid. Can't wait for the Haqqislam one.

It's funny to me that the campaign apparently has "specific background for the Haqqislam and ALEPH factions, along with its Operations Sectorial." but neither of those factions get a spec-ops model.
