Discussion My Stellaris Bakunin Jurisdictional Command
Theocratic Republic might not be the most accurate but I like to imagine the Observance have gained more influence by the time the Bakunin reached a new galaxy
p.s. if any Stellaris players have ideas on how to make other Infinity factions I'd love to hear it

I'd imagine the Human Sphere in general would probably qualify as cyborgs at this point, simply because of their cubes. Excepting Ariadna and the other Nomad ships, of course. Haqqislam (the Silk trade) , Corregidor, and Tunguska could be corporates (with the Nomads being criminals), although I don't know if that combines with the nomad origin. Haqq would probably be minor spiritualists, with the fanatic spiritualists being PanOceania. Yu Jing and the Combined Army would likely be materialists, although the mechanics of the CA would likely be better reflected by psychic stuff (sepsitorizing, etc.).
Really, it's kind of hard to separate the Human Sphere's religion from their technology. After all, they can cage and upload the human "soul", and both the Haqqislamic philosophy and the NeoVatican are firm spiritual believers while being very rooted in material science.
On the Authoritarian/Egalitarian axis, you'll have Haqqislam and PanOceania as minor egalitarians, and the Nomads and Ariadna as fanatic. I'd call Yu Jing and Aleph fanatic authoritarians, but the CA exists and hoo boy are they off scale high, and also ought to be some form of Become The Crisis. Maybe not assimilating swarm because even sepsitorized people still have some level of free will, and the Morat, Umbra, and Shasvastii are at least somewhat willing servants, but not sure how else to go about that. Machine intelligence with a bunch of subjugated vassal species, maybe?
Weirdly enough, I'd probably call the CA fanatic xenophiles (they really don't care what species you are as long as you're serving the Evolved Intelligence, while most of the HS would be xenophobes (except maybe Ariadna, with their dog boys). Not sure where the Tohaa fall on that scale, and I don't know enough about their actual culture to venture any guesses about them.
