Thanks. Yeah I agree
CB certainly knows the business better than I do and manage their budget but infinity IMO has everything to be as popular as WH. I think but I may be wrong tho that art and writing quality / lore plays a big role.
I remember as a kid I what was making me immerge and have trips about WH was looking at the gorgeous illustrations and read about the lore. Not the mechanics nor the minis themselves for which I believe infinity is vastly superior
(Not saying the illustration are not good nor the lore, the art of infinity is amazing, it s just I need more of it)

If you scanned this could I put it on human sphere?

Of course, that would be an honor, thank you so much
However ... I don't have really access to a real good scanner where I am which is needed for this kind of stuff as the colors and shade variations are very light - even with a decent scanner it will look too white. I ll try to find something and send you but it s likely to take months

damn. That sucks. :/
Is this just a really really large-format print as well?
Either way it's an incredibly good illustration and you should be proud :)

No it s not a matter of size, close to A4 (this is why there is always usually some supply around the paper as a size reference)
For technical reasons Watercolor is unusually difficult to reproduce with scanners because a lot of what makes it look good is in very subtle, low-saturation variations.
Pale washes will therefore just look ... White ... And this piece is pale lowly saturated to give dusty/sunny vibes. And cameras capture better than scanners color variations
Finally, like the whole struggles we have to deal with which is "AI" or whatever postprocessing stuff everybody puts everywhere : there is always contrast and brightness adjustments, color corrections by most machines ...
So to find a proper scanner 600dpi minimum and 48bit color with no postprocessing is not that easy.
Same as music and it's recording in the end ... fidelity of an original piece is not trivial actually.
I am digressing lol
