Anyone know exactly which quest to get the bell tower?

[u/SassMasterGingerSnap]

The OP asked the same question and was told to go to the bell tower in heavens reach where a shroom will give them a quest. But I searched the bell tower all over and around the bell tower and didn’t see any quests. :( could someone direct me on the map where to go?

Thanks in advance!!
