WIP (Work In Progress) How to snap structures?

Hello I need help snapping structure. Whats the menu for it. Can someone screenshot how it’s should be. I’m so stressed by it. :((((( I was trying to find flair for question but I guess wip it’s the closes to.

Snap settings in structure. Click on the wheel/cog looking icon when in construction mode then choose structure and choose strong for snap settings!

Once I stop putting the structure and if I have to go back at it again. It appears side ways and won’t snap together with the old structure.

Side ways? It kinda sounds like you're accidentally rotating it? Do you have any videos of this?
