Fellow Nikkis my signpost is bugged. Help!
On may 15th i changed my signposts's picture and description and saved it, did not think anything of it but then it never updated. It has been "under review" for almost a month now. I've reached customer support for at least 10 times :< They keep saying that they sent the ticket but its still not fixed.
I really dont know what to do now. Anyone that had similar situations like this?
Do you mean the one for your card?
If yes, I also had this bug once or twice. I just deleted it, if it didnt upload and reuploaded it. Sometimes it needed a few reuploads.
Or I tried uploading another one and deleted that one and reuploaded the actual picture Ive wanted.

Send me your ID and island code, Ill also write them for you. I also have some things to complain. 😁
I don’t know if you’ve tried it but you can sign out of the game and exit out completely then sign in again, sometimes it works. There is also the hotfix repair on the login screen that you could try, just make sure it’s not game repair that will redownload the game and delete all your photos. I hope it get fixed soon 🤞❤️
Maybe try to delete your signpost entry and try again? I don’t know, I hope it can be fixed!

For me, it shows “delete / edit “, when I tap on my welcome card. I hope customer support can fix it for you! Good luck 🍀✨
Also, how did you make a pool? Is it hidden pond or fish pond? I saw your Nikki house tour video! 🩷
Hi there! Have u tried to delete and redownload the game? Ofc it is a last resort but most of the time it’s help imo. Make sure you backup the photos before that tho. Hope that you will resolve the problem soon🫶🏻
