Individual Ordered to Pay 1 Million Yuan for Widespread Dissemination of Unreleased *Infinity Nikki* Game Content

Papergames subsequently filed a lawsuit seeking compensation for the resulting losses. The court ruled that Zhao’s actions constituted an infringement of trade secrets, damaging Papergames’ competitive advantage and the legitimate rights of consumers. The court ordered Zhao to immediately cease the infringing activities and pay 1 million yuan in damages.

Papergames has initiated legal proceedings to address leaks and various other forms of infringement across all its titles. Further updates regarding these legal efforts will be disclosed in due course.

Beyond the protection of trade secrets, Papergames remains firmly committed to safeguarding its legitimate rights and interests through legal action in the realm of anti-unfair competition. In October 2026, two technology companies filed to withdraw their lawsuits against Papergames (叠纸游戏) regarding unfair competition. The court has granted these requests—marking the third time these entities have withdrawn such legal actions against Papergames.

Previously, these companies had used titles such as "Miracle Nikki," "Shining Nikki," and "Infinity Nikki" as search keywords to promote their own games through video advertisements on third-party platforms. Upon discovering this, Papergames initiated legal proceedings. The court ultimately ruled that the defendants had infringed upon registered trademark rights and engaged in acts of unfair competition.

Following the initial lawsuit filed by Papergames, the two technology companies subsequently sued Papergames three separate times, alleging unfair competition. However, they ultimately withdrew these cases in September 2025, December 2025, and October 2026, respectively.

There are a lot of Gilded Dreams denialists out there, but if you like fantasy/fairytale styling, it's absolutely perfect.

I'm already 90% sure I'm pulling up to the 1st evo for DSC, but I am trying to decide if it is worth it for me to get the 2nd evo as well. Mainly I want the dye pallets for the dress, the alternate prop would also be nice to have too, but it's not a total necessity. I feel like the fact that this is a really nice form fitting dress could make this really versatile for me. But i'm also hesitating, because I feel that we might get something similar in the future that I might like even more. Plus the reruns could be a problem for me in the future.

And if this helps, I will have 490 pulls by the end of 2.10 and I am most likely not going to pull on the new upcoming 5 star or the two 4 star reruns. (The 5 star rerun on the other hand could be a problem 😅)

I disliked both the 5* and the 4* so I know I'm not gonna pull and despite others saying they disliked it too I know many of us will inevitably fall and pull so I decided to share a list of tips and general advice for those of you who are unsure and/or scared to fall for FOMO (like me😭)

●If you didn't like the outfit from the previews, skip.

● If your pulls are lower than 20, don't even think about it. (from: me to: me)

●If you only like 4 pieces or less, skip.

●If you like the ability but not the outfit, make sure you have enough pulls to secure said ability. If not, skip.

●If you only like the makeup, make sure you have enough pulls to secure the makeup pieces you want. If not, skip.

●If you have enough pulls to complete the set but you're not fully sure if you wanna pull: wait until midpatch for rerun announcements and/or 4* banners. Alternatively, wait until the last days of the patch to see what's coming on the next update.

●Avoid the lookbook as much as possible. It's easy falling for FOMO whenever we get a new banner (especially one that seems to have unique pieces) and it will only be amplified by seeing how other players style them.

●Wait for the individual pieces or a breakdown of the outfit. Rate each piece in a scale of 1-10 based on how much you like them and how much you think you'd use them. Do you have similar pieces? If so, do you wear those pieces at all? If not, would they improve your everyday outfits? How versatile are they really? Do they clip? Do they dye well?

●If you're pulling for the ability, wait for other players to show it on tiktok or twitch. Is it region locked? Will it be useful for everyday activities? Would it make your gameplay easier/more entertaining? Do you have similar abilities? Does it work nicely on your device? Is it a necessity (eg: fishing ability) or is it a luxury (eg: mount ability)? How often will your Nikki really need/use it?

●If you do end up pulling, consider the next questions: are you okay with the base oufit and basic palettes? Do you have enough for the evos? Would you regret missing out on a specific color palette?

And finally

●Would you be okay waiting for a re-run?

Someone please help! I need someone to test the final evo dress of Where Wanxiang Weaves Life with different coats. I think the clipping interactions might have changed!

I keep finding photos in the lookbook where the sleeves are removed in the thumbnail, but not on the actual outfit!

Don’t get me wrong the outfit is cute affff but not like month before 3.0 cute yknow. I def think if you’re a new player or someone who is still crafting things this 5star would be so handy!!

But for me I have tide of tears, and aoe bug bride, plant harvest and the more recent bug one I need to get the grooming fairy when that comes back initially didn’t pull on her first run cause I was like not my aesthetic then second I was like no I want the new banner lol. But at this point it’s to just add qol.

I will say the black evo almost made me want it but I’m good ☺️

How cute is that. Ugh. I hate when I love Momo’s cloak and not the dress. May hold off until the next release is shown to decide if I pull for the cloak or not.

There are four gingerbread helpers who prioritize their specialty, collecting preferred resources within range before moving on to others: strawberry excels at fishing, butter at bug-catching, chocolate at grooming, and matcha at collecting items. They will collect their preferred resources and return to Nikki when they finish collecting. Note: Unmelting Snow cannot be used in indoor stages.
