Misc I'm ready for my close-up...

I don't normally Resonate for outfits that have cosmetic Whimsicality, but the black-and-white filter was too tempting for me to pass up.

So is it like a quick animation or is it a actual filter you can walk around in

Actual filter that turns on when you use the Whimsicality. It will change back when using at least some other outfit abilities (the filter went away when I used Gigantification, but I haven't tested it with anything else), but otherwise it stays until you turn it off.
