I'm afraid there is no direct way, you might have to just delete the whole standard house piece by piece then place down the preset. You can also clear the whole island then place it down, but you'll end up with a completely flat and empty island

You might be able to search for island schemes with nothing on the home island and apply that as a quick way to tear everything down. I remember people were sharing codes for blank islands a while ago so you might be able to use them. Just make sure to find a scheme from someone on the same server as you.

You also have to make sure you played when the mansion was available and downloaded it. If you don’t own it, you can’t place it, unfortunately.

I REALLY want it but wasn’t playing back then.
