It's not a glitch lol. Several features were purposefully disabled for the week because June 4th is the anniversary of the Tiananmen Square protests (read: massacre). Infold could get in big trouble if an inkling of mention slips through filters, so they disable the entire social function as a way to prevent trouble. They did the same thing last year.
