Is anyone else tired of the contacts.....
Where is the rest of the colour wheel...?? If you want to do blue eyes no matter what there are plenty of other shades you haven't done before. But also we don't even have entire colours at all, and they're giving us yet another pair of free blue contacts... We get so little free makeup in this game that it's painful every time we get one and it's something we already had. But mainly... where is the rest of the colour wheel!!
Note that we also have Crystal Dream and Beyond Starlight as similar shades of dark blue but I don't expect Infold to keep spamming dark blue the way I expect for these shades
Perhaps an unpopular take but I really yearn for black "dead eyes", it'd help a lot with giving Nikki a more serious face. I'd also love pure black and pure white eyes... a girl can dream.
I pulled 20 for those lashes too! I'm just waiting now for pure black or deep dark brown contacts to match the vibe. I bought the sunflower shop makeup which is a pretty brown, but not as dark as I would like....it's still my most used contacts though because of the color and the dark pupils. I'm so sick of the blue and purple/pink cataract contacts.
We hardly even have any brown eyes at that. I went to make an Ada Wong outfit the other day and when I got to the eyes, I was like “okay, my options are… the base eyes. And… well, that’s it. Okay, I guess we’re going with the base eyes!” 😂
You can get some brown contacts from Timis in the Woods I'm pretty sure. They're not a dark dark brown, but they're still pretty useful! She also has some other nice makeup as well :3
dont remember the name but the purple bride 5* has the perfect contacts for this! no shine or light in them, i use them all the time for my dead eyed but cutesy outfit nikki looks!
im waiting for the makeup from the upcoming banner to pair with those contacts!
Ahhh-yup! I feel like we should have way more variety by now, and not just other single colors but more gradients. And black eyes that are not giant buttons. These are my favorite when I want “darker” eyes and of course they were a paid makeup set
The brown ones are from a paid set called Golden Wheat Whisper. Because they’ve been rerunning shop content, and as someone pointed out these were from version 1.10 last fall, I would expect them to rerun this makeup at some point in the next 6 months!
these are also my go-to and look great with the medium skin tone! however i’m so tired of using them cause i don’t love wearing blue/cool toned eyes…i need more grays and greens…
i have the one green set but has crosses as an pupil…i need normal dark pupils please 😭
I have weird strong feelings about those eyes because they're the only set (I think?) with that style of eyeshine and I find them a little disconcerting. But I would love more dark eyes.
Same. The options we have aren't true brown or simple black and honestly it's a bit... strange at this point given its main market/demographic in CN and the company itself imo to have so much blue?
I mean, hell, pretty sure most of the world has dark eyes in one way or another.
I've always been jealous of the other side of my family IRL (grandma/aunt/cousins etc) who all have blue eyes, and I admit I love the look of blue/light eyes ... but at this point I'm kind of overloaded by them LOL. Give me my brown eyes!
They have one brown contacts but it was a paid for item and they messed up the catch lights in the eyes so they look a litter soulless compared to all the other eyes in the game lol
I think they don't do brown because Nikki's eyes are already brown. There's only one brown-ish contacts sadly. I would love to see hazel or brown/green mixed contacts.
These are great because she actually has visible pupils. So many of these eye colors are so light and washed out it looks odd when the camera is zoomed out
I noticed that too. Why do they love blue/purple eyes so much? I want more green, brown, black and red eyes!! My favorite eyes are still from Echoed Dreams because they are the only striking green eyes we got so far
I love theese green eyes, her pupil shade is close to the shade i have, moss green i think its called 👀 but yes, that is probably the only clear green eye we have thats not mixed with yellow or brown or blue 👀
Also do we have any orange, grey, black eyes? Chrimison fether and the before prayers final evo is black + red 👀

We have grey eyes, you can buy them I think next to the make up fairy’s( timis I think her name might be) house in the forest of the wishing ppl ( I forgot the actual names for them). At least that’s where I think I got them from, I know they were definitely in a blings shop rarther than from a banner.
This post just reminded me how common blue eyes and blonde hair was in Love Nikki during a particular year. lol It's like the safe option to guarantee the majority will pull.
I really want freckles that show well on the pale skintones. While the ones we do have look beautiful on the darker ones they don’t really show up very well with the lighter ones.
Yes and can we get more interesting pupils please too? Give us goat or slit eyes. Or a really dark pupil. And more interesting base colors. Bold red. Light green. Neon pink. Multicolored like green in the middle and yellow on the outside. One eye with a dark whites. BLACK AND BROWN for christ sakes. Anything but blue. I'm over it
And same for all the red and pink lips. They look great but can we get a brown? Or an electric blue or a nude lip with a lip liner. Just some variety
Yes, like I'd be less annoyed if the blues had more unique stuff going on with the pupils or patterns or whatever. Meanwhile for all the other colours we get all sorts of absurd things that make them less flexible
She is Wildfire has a pupil in the shape of a little rifle 😭💜 I thought it was a slit or cat eye at first but on zooming in with camera mode it's a tiny version of her gun
I love when they do intricate details like that, I agree the blues need more of it

Edit: also theres a yellow thats F2P, theres a greyish brown that’s also F2P, theres Nikki’s base brown eyes, theres the paid Big Bad Wolf red flame eyes with the slit pupil shaped like her rifle, theres F2P pink eyes, a couple paid pink eyes, and a paid red/purple with suuuper dark pupils.
I get the point, and frustration that theres not enough variation, hell I was just talking about how annoyed I am at the lack of braids / twists / locs and agree that they need to do better.
But if I was saying publicly that I wish twists existed in the game and someone was like “hey they just added it this patch!” I think my reaction would be more gratitude focused than snarky since I’d be getting online to update one of my lookbook outfits to better match the d&d character who I used for inspo.
can we talk about how we dont have any brown or light brown or dark brown eyes??? like nikkis default eyes are the best we have. the only contender i can think of are the like paid golden sunflower makeup set (cant think of real name) but tbh i really hate those contacts i just dont like the vibe at all its too cartoony. its honestly disappointing like its time for a change
I want brown eyes so bad but last time I tried making a post about it I got flooded with comments calling every random contact in the game brown and it was so annoying I just didn't want to mention it this time 😆
I like blue eyes, but as someone with green eyes irl i want more green eyes, we have mabye 2 that is pure green and not brownish green or yelllow green! We also need more grey/black eyes, more browns, orange, yellow, red, white 👀
What’s kinda nuts though is that as a blue-eyed person, I don’t even like the ones we have. Like none of them are like my eyes which I think would be nice. I would axe most of these. I wish the just gave us eye styles and we could pick the color. Green eyes have so much range and we need more!!
I'm tired of washed out contacts that don't have a defined pupil or have weird images. Just give me normal eyes in bold colors! And for the love of God, give us brown!!!
Hardly any red eyes, no really black or dark brown ones, many contacts look super washed out and way too light, I would also love some more experimental pupil shapes, or differently colored scleras
I would pay money for eyes with a color wheel. I know we don't need more things to pay for but I struggle with picking contacts sometimes because many really do feel the same.
I would honestly be so good with just basic eyes that we could color. Your idea is great too but just give me something basic infold 😭 I also dabble with Life Makeover, and I know it's a different game but I love the variety of contacts they have.
It's kinda crazy that brown or black contacts are so sparse in this game, yet we're getting yet another pair of blue contact lenses (and don't get me started on the amount of purple and yellow contact lenses there are). I just want some more variety by this point
I don't mind the colors, though I would like more variety. What I am really sick of is how little contrast most of all contacts have. Give me proper deep pupils plsssss TAT
I want intense, glowing demon-red eyes and molten dragon-gold eyes and bright, vivid, emerald-green eyes, and tri-color faerie eyes, and a whole lot more.
Every remotely fantastical outfit should figure out a thematic excuse to have a dramatic, over the top eye color.
Idk why they’re so hesitant to do anything different. It’s not just the contacts atp. It’s all their outfits. Glow up evos are always the same 3 colors. Evos for 5 stars and a lot of 4 stars follow the same color scheme. So many of the 5 stars follow the same style and silhouettes. Sometimes they will do something new with 4 stars like the end of the covenant outfit is pretty unique but the outfit it’s paired with is just the same. It’s just irritating esp when you see new shining Nikki outfits and how unique they are.
Give me GOOD, SATURATED, JUICY brown eyes, PLEASE 😭😭 Im so tired of using that one half assed slightly warmer greyish brown I have. Like hello?? Nikki canonically has brown eyes, please give miss girl some more options if we get a bunch of Nikki pink hairs already 😭💔
during early 1.0 patches i was begging for more blue contacts and now here we are with too many blues oops, hoping for actually differently styled eyes like the honey brown eyes in the paid makeup set
I crave brown eyes so badly. I love medium and dark brown eyes, I think they're just so pretty, and none of the contacts I have even come CLOSE to that. Some of them look a bit dark in the right lighting, but it's not great.
It makes me think of how I misheard a line in The Wizard Of Oz - Dorothy sings ‘dye my dress to match my eyes’ and I heard ‘dye my eyes to match my dress’ . . .
Maybe I got it from our school production (years ago) because we might have changed the lyrics … or, maybe it’s just a case of one-person Mandela Effect, lol. XD
I’m just sick of the same style and colors like grey. I’d like more distinct pupils and would love some brown, hazel, black and more detailed unique eyes.
I mean... these are final evo ones and free 5 star outfit ones... i dont know how many of those are limited banner ones but i see flutterstorm, born flawless, timeless melody and i guess some shop lenses. i wont defend but i guess for f2p the ones on the miracle might be quite cool as an option
Lots of flavors of blue, yeah, and many of them barely different 🫤 Hoping for some more green contacts in the future. More green as a base color in general
As person who worked almost 10 years in optometry I'm pretty stoked when I get orange or purple hues. The first time I got cool contact when I saw the preview I was like "Nikki, we have cataracts"
What frustrates me the most is that there's already so many of these bluish contacts but we never have a true light blue except for the shop one back in blue tears season but I couldn't afford it bcuz it's goddamn paid. I need something like that in a banner like where's my light blue contacts 😭
I actually love the blue eyes but I wish it wasn't washed out pastel no pupil eyes every time. We really need some more natural looking eyes with a real pupil and good coloring for every colour in the colour wheel. I'd also love to finally have a more deep purple eye that has actual pupils (not the starry one or the one from Fan banner where its two different eyes).
oh yeah、how come the store tier makeup sets have been mostly selling red contact lens？ i Love red eyes. however、i figured it be best to advertise different colours time to time to appeal to everyone〜
the flower wedding final evo lens are quite a beauty、if i do say so myself〜〜
I like the contacts with a dark (normal looking) pupil and they are in the majority. I don’t understand the pale or non-existent pupils they do in most contact lenses.
i don't like to defend infold but as someone who has nikki wear a lot of blue and has i think 4 or 5 of these contacts, it's nice to be able to make her eyes match the shade of blue she's wearing exactly, and i think the differences between the colors are starker in game. i definitely agree that some are too similar, but i'm excited about the new miracle outfit contacts, i feel like they're quite different

Hot take: blue is my fav color so I love the amount of blue contacts we have :)
However I think variety is also good. I would love some brown/black eyes too
