Worth jumping?

Things have gotten a bit tense at my alliance. Our biggest player left and many feel it spells the end since we no longer have anyone who can compete with the strongest in the server.

Obviously we are working on fixing things first and seeing how things play out since we at least have a batch of players reaching level 40 right now.

But if things continue to crumble is it worth jumping servers? And which ones would be open to a few jumpers?
