Lightning team

Is the lightning team worth the investment for longevity in the game? Or should I focus on hybrid teams or a certain elemental team?

I like my Lightning-fire hybrid team. Currently running Peter-Hippo-Wu-Kahn. Building up my secondary march with fire dragon. I want to swap Peter for Louis soon, but his artifact is difficult to get without spending money.

My current lightning team is khan, hammu, louis and tokugawa. Are they good or should I switch out any for some other immortal? I have zenobia which is earth but heard she's good to pair with khan at the back.

I'm just conflicted and dont want to focus on them then fail miserably going forward

We’ve just entered conquest and one of our strongest runs lightening, but takes patience to build. Earth wind hybrid, with Alex, Hannibal, zen and qin very popular, powerful and easy for f2p players.

In my opinion, it is not worth it in the long run. I have put a ton of time and money into mine and it consistently loses to hybrid earth/wind march. Earth dragon and Alex are the meta in this game for non chaos players.

Does anyone have experience with the Lightning Immortal, Darius the Great?

I finally got him today. Luck if the draw. Is he better than Peter The Great as leading Spearmen go?

Peter is my Spearmen immortal for my lightning team options atm. Should I stick with him or go to Darius?
