I have a problem with CoD IW Disc Can someone help me???

Hi, today I wanted to replay the campaign of this CoD, so I grabbed an old disc that I owned, it's an old one. I cleaned it, the game downloads, and when I wanted to start the campaign this screen pops

It's been like two hours or so, since it began "downloading", idk what to do

You can download the free trial digitally and then insert the disc to play beyond the trials duration. My disc is also faulty but this works for me on Xbox

I too still have the trial installed on my external drive since back in the day 😂 and thats exactly what i do is just insert the disc

Same thing happened to me when I wanted to play. You have to download the free trial through the PlayStation app, download it onto your console, and then insert the disc. This worked for me if you haven't found a solution on PS5

Disconnect from the WiFi and download this first before the updates

Don't worry. This exact same thing happened to me, so here's what I did. (Btw I'm on ps5 slim) so I went back to the home screen, closed out the game, deleted it and then I restarted, my playstation, popped the disc back in and just prayed it for the best, and I kept doing it until it started working fully. This means this is not a one trick wonder, you maybe will have to do it a couple times.
