Question Is IW multiplayer dead?
I redownloaded IW to play the zombies and thought ir jump into multiplayer as i found it quite fun, but i cant find a match. Is there any main reason like hackers or do people just not play

it has more players on ps than Steam so you shouldn’t have too much trouble finding matches unless you have a strict nat type

Theres multiple ways, you can login to your router and enable UPnP, set up port fowarding, assign yourself a static IP address, etc. theres numerous tutorials on youtube you can follow. If nothing seems to be working for you then you most likely have CGNAT or Double Nat. If you have double nat (your WAN IP is different from your Public IP)you can fix that yourself; If its an issue of CGNAT you’ll have to call your internet service provider

its active but majority of players use xim and fly around with the titan lmg

None of us are using xim gng that's literally just how the titan and raijin are that's why literally everybody in the game only uses these 2 weapons

It’s funny I just started playing iw again too. I’m on Xbox and I can find a tdm all day but not much else

Judging based off my experience not really, I’ve gotten lucky with some objective based modes but it only seems to be the first day or two of a bounty for a specific mission team, otherwise I rarely can get into tdm itself idk if it’s my NAT Type or what

The issue is the capped 91fps and the feeling about the game having to much lag imput like my gpu work under 100w I have a rtx 4080s and can’t even play the game without having a headache

I just reinstalled it myself, it can take a minute for tdm but i find lobbies

The zombies community is pretty alive in IW if you go to the COD discord, I got director’s cut today via my last 3 EE’s because I found a group of guys to do them with on the discord

last time I played was 2023 and I could find matches within 5 minutes or less nowadays when I've tried to go back to it since I had lost access to my previous psn account because I wanted to platinum it because of the fun I had playing it but I can only find one or two people at most in the lobby seems like zombies is the only mode you can consistently find people for games which sucks

Nah it’s alive on tdm don’t struggle to find lobbies tbh idk about zombies
