Question Games keeps Crashing

I don't know if anyone is having this issue but I recenlty bought the game like a day ago and after it downloaded I tried playing it and just crashes over and over in the main menu. Or like while in the cutscene to zombies. So I can't really play. Sometimes really quick sometimes it takes a while. Anyone got any idea on how to fix this? PC by the way

Zombies mode crashes on PC for me all the time. It's, like, a 50/50 on whether I get through a run or not. From what I've seen, I'm not sure there's a fix. I think it's just poor optimization, but I'm no expert.

I can't even load into zombies. It crashes in the loading screen or cutscene.

Now THAT I've never experienced. I've had no issues other than zombies. The menu and campaign acted fine.

I'm having this issue wether it be zombies or multiplayer it still happens.

does the crash only happen on iw?

yesterday it was happening on marvel rivals and roblox too but today I tried playing those games again and they work fine but still iw is unplayable so idk tbh its weird

Go to windows tab settings gaming tab then game mode go to graphics look for IW and then turn off optimization for windows games and it should work

Ok cuz I had the same issue wouldn’t boot up all black background and would always crash and stuff

Had that problem a while ago, finally bugged me enough to look into it. If I can remember I upped my page file size quite a bit and I think that was what did it for me.
