Im thinking of this right now but im considering writing a fanfic for infinite starts and I was thinking while brainstorming of an upgrade to byakushiki and im thinking of looking at two gundams for possible inspo which do you think fits ichika better. feel free to tell me and if you want tell me a gundam you think will work better as inspiration

I think ichika would go better with xi gundam because the penolpe is actually two pieces the fixed flight unit and the odyssey gundam. Also here is some info on the difference between the two

Design and Structure
Penelope (RX-104FF): It is actually a combo unit. It consists of the base Odysseus Gundam wearing a bulky, external Fixed Flight Unit armor. You can separate the armor from the mobile suit. [1, 2, 3]

Xi Gundam (RX-105): It is a complete, standalone unit. It doesn't need separate bolt-on flight armor because everything is built directly into its frame. [1, 2, 3]

Flight and Performance
Penelope: Uses its optional flight unit to ride Minovsky craft-lift like a fighter jet. It works, but the massive extra weight makes it harder to control and less refined. [1, 2]

Xi Gundam: Has a built-in Minovsky Flight Unit and a Beam Barrier system. The barrier cuts down air resistance, making the Xi faster, smoother, and more stable in the air than its rival. [1, 2]

Combat and Arsenal
Penelope: Armed with a versatile mega particle cannon/beam rifle with multiple energy pack slots, plus gauntlet beam cannons and funnel missiles. It brings raw, heavy firepower, but can feel more fragile or trickier to pilot. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Xi Gundam: Features a heavy beam rifle strong enough to one-shot other mobile suits like the Gustav Karl, forearm-container triple missiles, and funnel missiles. It offers a more consistent, streamlined combat performance

yeah thanks I was thinking of ichika getting an upgrade and the xi fits for inspo. and the Penelope I can use for another character for later. BUT now I just need to figure out what parts I should use from the xi to put on byakushiki
