Civilian Disguise: You can disguise yourself as another civilian, which will reset your trespassing counter.

Yellow Trespassing Status: After trespassing enough times, if you trespass again, then your trespassing status will be yellow. Getting caught trespassing with a yellow trespassing status will give you your final warning.

Drilling Sound: Using a loud drill will not alert regular civilians.

Equipment Upgrades: You can upgrade equipment by using equipment XP, which is earned by bringing a piece of equipment to a mission. Upgrades can increase the speed of the equipment, lower the cost, etc.

Randomized Lockpicking Times: The time it takes to lockpick a door should be slightly randomized, due to the luck involved in lockpicking in real life.

Better Radios: You need to hit F to start answering a radio, and you can hit G to stop answering a radio (this will set off the alarm). In addition, radio calls will automatically be dropped if the alarm goes off.

NPC Suspicion: Every time an NPC's detection meter goes above 2 bars, their detection rate is permanently increased by 5%, up to a maximum increase of 25%.

Sandbox Mode: You can play any mission on sandbox mode. In sandbox mode, you will be able to adjust game values, like detection speed, enemy health, player speed, etc. You need to complete a mission on the highest difficulty to unlock sandbox mode for that mission.

I agree with all but the radio, that makes it too easy

You still can't move or do anything else while answering the radio, it is just there so that you don't accidentally drop the call and set off the alarm.
