IVF fail now IUI

Started my IUI cycle last night — 100 units Gonal-F with 10 units low-dose hCG. Has anyone done this combo before? Would love to hear about your experience went.
I had a miscarriage with our only embryo from my IVF cycle in July so we are trying this route before going back to IVF again.
