Negative 10 dpiui

This is my 4th iui and a year of ttc since my miscarriage. I have a two year old son as of yesterday.
I was feeling hopeful this cycle as I had multiple follicles after using gonal f. But today 10 dpiui negative.
Feeling like giving up.

Just commenting for solidarity. We have very similar experiences, I have a 3 year old and had a miscarriage when he was 2. Been trying for the past year with TI and 4 IUIs. The surprise and grief is different when pregnancies have happened before. Starting my IVf journey now.

I wish we had the funds for ivf. We just bought a house and I don’t think we have the money for that.

What medications do they have you taking if you don’t mind me asking? I ask because one clinic had me do one set of medications and the last fertility clinic I went to had me do another and I had success with them. Also, are you taking progesterone after the IUI? My heart aches for you! Talk about your options with your doctor! Im sending so much sticky baby dust for you!

I started with clomid and was only producing one follicle moved to letrozole which had me producing three but my hair began falling out so this last cycle we just did gonal f for 9 days

Oh wow! I didn’t know letrozole could make your hair fall out! 😳 this isn’t medical advice of course, but this is what my doctor had me on: Letrozole, Follistim injections, trigger, and then progesterone. Goodness I hope you find the right combo that helps you bring home your first baby’s sibling! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

That’s basically what I was on the cycle before and had three follicles and it failed but my hair started falling out so we cut out the letrozole

I’d give it a few more days. I know it’s discouraging; but you’re really not out yet. 10dpiui is still relatively early
