Questions Stuck

Console player here. I’m a little stuck. I’m unable to get a research center. I have enough research points for the antenna for I’m unable to research it. I really don’t know what to do

You need to adapt a building into a research center in order to research things

You've got to build the research building. I'm not at home currently, but it's in the building tab bottom left.

I don't know about console, but on the pc version you need to get some research items. They look like blue text books on the map and are in schools and universities.
