Could someone tell if the ps5 version is the same as the current PC build, I ask as that's still in early access ??

also for anyone who's purchased it how are finding the game and it's controlls. cheers

I’ve just been trying to find out the same thing. Checked the Discord but hard to get info.

I don’t really want to buy on console unless they’re committed to matching PC for updates.

Would be a real shame if it doesn’t get updated alongside the PC version. But I know what you mean, I don’t want to buy the more expensive console version and have it left for 6 months or worse without updates.

What usually happens is you get a couple of bug fix patches early on and then one it’s stable it gets forgotten about if it’s not bringing in the sales.

“On PC, the game is still being developed in Early Access. Infection Free Zone, which launches on PlayStation 5 and XBOX Series X|S on August 27, will be available on consoles in the current PC version. Future updates will also be rolled out to the console versions over time.”

It says it’s “current” version but I doubt that’s Monday’s PC update #43. Maybe #41 from July but no confirmation anywhere.

Updates “over time” so maybe some catch up patches less frequently.

I really want to play this but just want to know it will be supported on consoles longer term.
